These terms explain the use of pricesavor.com. PriceSavor is an independent coupon information website. References to ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean PriceSavor. Questions can be sent to info@pricesavor.com.

1. What PriceSavor provides

PriceSavor lists coupon codes, online deals and shopping information. We do not sell the products listed, take payment for retailer orders, fulfil orders or provide the retailer’s customer service. You may browse the public website without creating an account.

2. Offer availability

Retailers decide whether an offer applies. Codes and deals may expire, change or have restrictions, including country, product, account eligibility and minimum order value. An offer without a listed expiry date can still end.

A Verified badge means that offer was personally tested by PriceSavor. It is not a guarantee of success for every shopper or a promise that the offer was tested on the date you visit. Listing dates and community feedback are different from a personal checkout test. An offer-open count is not a purchase count.

Before paying, check the retailer’s current terms and final total, including taxes, delivery, renewal charges and exclusions. We do not promise that any offer is the lowest available price.

3. Affiliate links

Some links earn PriceSavor a commission when a visitor completes a qualifying purchase or action. A link may pass through an affiliate network before reaching the retailer. Affiliate arrangements do not guarantee availability, an accepted code or a particular outcome. Unless expressly stated, PriceSavor is not the official website of a listed retailer.

4. Purchases and external websites

Your purchase agreement is with the retailer. Its payment, delivery, returns, warranty, cancellation and privacy terms apply. Contact that retailer about an order or refund. We do not control third-party websites, but you can tell us if a link is broken, misleading or appears unsafe so we can review the listing.

5. Responsible use

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false offers, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, bypass access controls, send malware or attempt to access private accounts or data. Do not overload the service with automated requests. These terms do not restrict activities or uses that applicable law protects.

6. Submissions and feedback

Only submit content you have the right to share. Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You retain rights in your original content and give PriceSavor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, display and store the submitted content as needed to operate and promote the relevant listing. This licence does not authorise publication of a private contact message as a testimonial.

We may decline, correct or remove submissions. Feedback may be moderated to address spam or misuse. Do not include payment details, passwords, identity documents or confidential information.

7. Names, logos and other content

Retailer names and trademarks belong to their owners. They are used to identify the retailer concerned; their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement or an official relationship. PriceSavor’s original content and software remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use content as allowed by law or with the relevant owner’s permission.

To report a rights concern, email the page URL, identify the material and explain your rights or authority to act. Include a reply address. We will review the report and may remove or correct material while the matter is considered. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.

8. Privacy and email

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of information and cookies. Optional analytics choices can be changed using Cookie Settings in the footer. Subscribing to emails is optional; contact us if you need help unsubscribing.

9. Availability and changes

We may update content or change features. The site can be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical problems. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information is complete or error-free.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its shopping information are provided as available, without a guarantee that a code, retailer service or third-party product will meet your needs. General shopping information is not individual legal, financial or medical advice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not prevent you from making a lawful complaint or bringing a claim.

11. Resolving concerns

Please contact us with the relevant page or offer and an explanation of your concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not remove a right to seek a remedy through a regulator or court. Applicable law determines the law and courts that govern a dispute, including any mandatory rights based on where you live. These terms do not impose an exclusive court location.

12. Updates to these terms

Material changes will be published here with an updated date and any further notice required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
